A little light-hearted fun to herald Day 16 and the 2nd half of 30 blog posts in 30 days challenge.
I will be interested to hear your responses to it. Did you enjoy it, did you think it was appropriate/inappropriate for a library setting and why?
With thanks to Stephen Abram for the link.

I have to say I loved it – they obviously had well placed cameras to catch everyone’s expressions. I’d like to do this one in my library to see if anyone notices – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MBBr-a2KnM

You would hope so. If not, does that say something about the library or the people who use the library???
Well I liked it. I think the original Ghostbusters had scenes from this library so the link back to the film + the hit ’em swift technique made me laugh. Appropriate/inappropriate? Not sure it really matters – I think it’s important not to get so tied up in ourselves that we can’t have a laugh in the workplace now and again.
Improv Everywhere do some really clever stuff. Their YouTube channel is well worth a look when you need a chuckle: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=improveverywhere

Very true!
Hilarious! Wish I had been there. It seemed people enjoyed it, and it didn’t seem to inconvenience anyone.
Thankyou. Love a sense of humour this close to friday : – )

Glad you enjoyed it – it was fun!
You gotta admit, a whole lot more people are going to know about proposed NYPL funding cuts now. Mission accomplished.
